Upscale Townhouses Planned for The North Quarter of Downtown Orlando

A new luxury townhome development is coming to downtown Orlando’s North Quarter district.

Construction is planned to start in the beginning of 2017. The project dubbed élan on Marks, which will feature 10 four-story, urban brownstone-style residences with rooftop terraces on Marks Street, said a news release. The project is designed by Winter Park-based luxury-home architect Phil Kean; River Oaks Builders is the general contractor.
