Old Graffiti Junktion to become Truck Stop Restaurant

Chef Greg Peters, President of Graffiti Junktion, will be returning to his former building in Thornton Park to open a new concept called Truck Stop Restaurant. Truck Stop is expected to first open their doors in July, 2017 and serve Thursday through Sunday nights and brunch on the weekends. The concept for Truck Stop Restaurant is to be a permanent pop-up kitchen that chefs, food trucks owners, restaurants, and catering companies can use for one night. Chefs will be able to rent the kitchen and “pop-up” their own concept for one night, allowing the space to feature a Mexican menu one night, followed by seafood, and Asian-American fusion the following. The bar is set to remain the same each night.

 

Peters sees this as a great opportunity for local fundraisers and event producers as well.
