It’s south beach on Lake Eola. That’s art deco – the teal peachy color scheme and asymmetry we all love here in Florida. This 23-story building has 15 different floor plans with grand terraces and various finishes to choose from like crown molding, hardwood floors, luxury bathtubs and marble. All the leisure time stuff is on the fifth floor – wellness and massage facility, spa, pool. The Waverly on Lake Eola might just have the best location in Downtown Orlando.
